Vibration of the Right Side Access Door During Machine Operation on Certain 336E and 336E H Excavators{7273}

Usage:

336E L BZY
Excavator:
336E (S/N: KED1-UP; YCE1-UP; TEG1-UP; GTJ1-UP; YEP1-UP; CMR1-UP; BZY1-UP)
336E H (S/N: RZA1-UP; SSL1-UP)

Introduction

The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.

Problem

The right side Access door could vibrate during machine operation. The vibration is due to lack of support.

Solution

If vibration is heard from the right side door, an additional support plate can be installed. The following rework procedure creates an additional support plate in order to eliminate the vibration.
