- 将凸轮轴驱动齿轮盖从后壳体左侧拆下。
- 将后凸轮轴检查盖从发动机两侧拆下。
注: G3612 和 G3616 发动机上凸轮轴凸轮段的中心凸轮窄于 3612 或 3616 柴油发动机的凸轮轴凸轮段。
注: 卸下凸轮轴主动齿轮前，必须拧松螺栓 (2) 。

- 拧松将传动轴 (1) 固定至凸轮轴凸轮段 (3) 的螺栓 (2) 。 尽可能多地拧松每个凸轮轴上的螺栓。
- 使用手摇盘车总成并转动发动机，直至可以拧松每个凸轮轴上其余的螺栓 (2) 。
- 卸下四个螺栓和盖 (4) 。

- 从存储位置卸下曲轴定时销 (5) 。
注: 安装曲轴定时销时，请确保已将凸轮轴定时销孔对齐。
- 使用手摇盘车总成并转动发动机，直至可以将曲轴定时销安装在定时位置。
- 从存储位置卸下凸轮轴定时销 (6) 。 将这些销安装在凸轮轴定时的位置。
注: G3612 和 G3616 发动机上凸轮轴凸轮段的中心凸轮窄于 3612 或 3616 柴油发动机的凸轮轴凸轮段。

- 结合并锁定手摇盘车总成以防拧松螺栓 (9) 后曲轴发生转动。
注: 拧松螺栓 (9) 后将销卸下，以防损坏凸轮轴定时销。

- 使用工具 (C) 拧松每个凸轮轴上的螺栓 (9) 。
- 卸下螺栓 (9) 和垫圈 (10) 。
- 从凸轮轴主动齿轮 (7) 上卸下螺栓 (8) 和板 (11) 。
- 将垫圈 (10) 放置在凸轮轴和板 (11) 之间的合适位置。 该位置如图 4 所示。
- 安装螺栓 (8) 并用手拧紧。
注: 确保已安装螺栓 (9) 。 该安装将防止从凸轮轴锥面松开齿轮后凸轮轴驱动齿轮掉落。
- 均匀地拧紧螺栓 (8) 以便拧松凸轮轴锥状顶端上的凸轮轴主动齿轮 (7) 。
- 将适当的起吊设备连接至凸轮轴主动齿轮 (7) 上。 拆下螺栓 (9) 。
- 从盘 (11) 和垫圈 (10) 上卸下螺栓 (8) 和其他螺栓 (9) 。
- 从后壳体上卸下凸轮轴主动齿轮 (7) 。 凸轮轴主动齿轮的重量约为 35 kg (77 lb)。
- 从传动轴 (1) 上卸下螺栓 (13) 和板 (12) 。

- 将适当的起吊设备连接至传动轴 (1) 上。 卸下传动轴和垫片 (16) 。 传动轴 (1) 的重量为 40 kg (88 lb)。
- 将适当的起吊设备连接至齿轮 (22) 上。 卸下四个螺栓 (20) 。 将轴 (19) 从缸体移走。 从后壳体上的凸轮轴主动齿轮开口卸下轴和齿轮 (22) 。 轴和齿轮的重量约为 41 kg (90 lb)。

- 卸下螺栓和护圈 (23) 。 从轴 (19) 上卸下齿轮 (22) 。
- 如有必要，从齿轮 (22) 上卸下轴承。
- 对于其他惰轮重复步骤 23 至步骤 25。
注: 护圈 (21) 和齿轮 (17) 必须从轴 (24) 移走，以便卸下低螺栓 (25) 。
- 拧松螺栓 (18) 。 将护圈 (21) 和齿轮 (17) 移向后方。
- 通过后壳体的附件驱动装置开口，将适当的起吊设备连接至齿轮 (17) 上。 使用适当的起吊设备支撑齿轮重量。
- 卸下四个螺栓 (25) 。 将轴 (24) 从缸体移走。
- 将轴和齿轮 (17) 向上移向后壳体的凸轮轴主动齿轮开口。
- 通过后壳体的凸轮轴主动齿轮开口，将适当的起吊设备连接至齿轮 (17) 上。
- 通过附件驱动装置开口，从齿轮 (17) 上断开适当的起吊设备。
- 使用适当的起吊设备，从后壳体上将齿轮 (17) 和轴 (24) 作为一个组件卸下。
- 卸下螺栓 (18) 和护圈 (21) 。 从轴 (24) 上卸下齿轮 (17) 和其他齿轮 (26) 。
- 将固定齿轮 (17) 和其他齿轮 (26) 的螺栓一同卸下。 分开齿轮。
- 如有必要，从齿轮 (26) 上卸下轴承。
