Generator Set Vibration - Inspect
Zkontrolujte poškození vibracemi. Vibrace mohou způsobit následující problémy:
- uvolněné spoje
- uvolněné řemeny,
- nadměrný hluk
- popraskaná izolace
Následující oblasti snadno podléhají poškození vibracemi:
- výstupní vedení statoru
- ochranná pouzdra
- izolace
- nechráněné elektrické spoje
- transformátory,
- pojistky,
- kondenzátory,
- bleskojistky.
Zkontrolujte úroveň vibrací generátoru pomocí analyzátoru vibrací.
