注意

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时,务必留心,确保液体盛装在容器中。 在打开任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前,要准备好用合适的容器收集液体。

按照当地法规和指令处置所有液体。


测试

  1. 将机器停放在水平地面上。

  1. 关闭发动机。

  1. 释放液压系统压力。 请参阅测试和调整, "液压系统压力 - 释放"。

  1. 9U-7400 多用转速表工具总成 安装在液压机油冷却器的风扇上。

  1. 起动发动机。

  1. 将机器控制装置置于以下设定:AEC 开关关闭 和 发动机转速刻度盘 10。

    参考有关发动机转速设置,请参阅测试和调整, "发动机性能 - 测试"。

  1. 将液压油温度提高至 55°± 5°C (131°± 9°F)。

  1. 读取风扇转速。 参考图表2 以获得正确的转速。

  1. 为了调整风扇泵的安全阀压力设置,松开锁紧螺母 (36) 并转动调整螺钉 (37) 。

    注: 把调整螺钉 (37) 顺时针方向转动,以提高压力。 逆时针转动调整螺钉 (37) 可减小压力。

    注: 转动安全阀四分之一圈可改变压力约 3300 kPa (480 psi)。

    注: 压力升高时,务必进行最终压力调整。

  1. 将安全阀压力调整至表 3 中的规格。

    注: 为了避免液压部件损坏,在表 3 中的规格内调整风扇转速。
