  1. Fasten Tooling (A) to the fuel tank, as shown. Use a suitable lifting device to support the fuel tank. Install the fuel tank. The weight of the fuel tank is 80 kg (175 lb) .

  1. Install four bolts (16) that secure the fuel tank to the machine. Tighten four bolts (16) to a torque of 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft) .

  1. Install bolt (15) that secures the fuel hose to the fuel tank.

  1. Install the fuel hose and tighten hose clamp (17) .

  1. Connect electrical connector (14) .

  1. Install two nuts (12) that secure hose (13) to the back of the fuel tank.

  1. Install hose (13) and tighten hose clamp (11) .

  1. Install three bolts (10) and the washers that secure hand rail (9) to the machine.

  1. Install four bolts (7) and the washers that secure side panel (8) .

  1. Install bolt (6) .

  1. Install front cover (5) . Install two bolts (4) and the washers that secure front cover (5) to the machine.

  1. Secure plate (2) to the machine. Install two bolts (3) and the washers and tighten two bolts (1) .

  1. Fill the fuel tank with fuel. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" for the correct filling procedure and the correct level for the fuel tank.
