Note: Refer to Schematic, RENR1110, "Common Piping, Two Pump Circuit" for the hydraulic schematic.
This hydraulic group combines the following features:one-way hydraulics, two-way hydraulics and two pump flow system. This combination allows single action attachments and double action attachments to be used interchangeably on the same machine. The following components are the main components of the hydraulic attachment circuits:
- Hydraulic control group
- Ball valves
- Front lines group
- Pilot lines
This attachment will allow for one-way hydraulics or for two-way hydraulics. Switching between the two systems is accomplished by using a ball valve that is located on the top of the boom. The ball valve is in the main lines group.
The two pump flow system is also selected by using ball valves that are located near the swing drive and in the main pump compartment. The levers on these ball valves are placed in different positions depending on whether two pump flow or one pump flow attachment operation is required. There are manually operated ball valves for pump flow selection in both the main and pilot lines groups.
The combined flow allows the combination of flow from both pumps in order to power an attachment that is connected to the auxiliary hydraulic valve. This allows both pumps to provide equal flow. Combined flow is used for one of the following reasons:
- Provide high flow rates for attachments with actuation.
- Distribute an equal load between the main pumps for the attachments that are being used.
