(1) 107-6232 Bearing

Outside diameter ... 199.183 ± 0.013 mm (7.8418 ± 0.0005 inch)
Inside diameter ... 180.388 ± 0.013 mm (7.1019 ± 0.0005 inch)

Bore for 107-6232 Bearing ... 198.91 ± 0.05 mm (7.831 ± 0.002 inch)

(2) Tighten the six bolts to the following torque. ... 3100 ± 350 N·m (2280 ± 260 lb ft)

(3) Lubricate the lips of the seals with a small amount of the oil that is being sealed.

(4) Apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the groove for the wiper seal prior to installation.

(6) Bore of new cylinder ... 279.45 ± 0.10 mm (11.002 ± 0.004 inch)

(6) Diameter of new rod ... 177.750 ± 0.038 mm (6.9980 ± 0.0015 inch)

(7) Bore of new head ... 178.08 ± 0.05 mm (7.011 ± 0.002 inch)

(8) Tighten the 10 bolts to the following torque. ... 3100 ± 350 N·m (2280 ± 260 lb ft)

(9) 106-4550 Bearing

Outside diameter ... 290.000 + 0.000 - 0.035 mm (11.4173 + 0.000 - 0.0014 inch)
Inside diameter ... 180.000 + 0.000 - 0.025 mm (7.0866 + 0.000 - 0.0010 inch)

Bore for 106-4550 Bearing ... 289.930 ± 0.025 mm (11.4145 ± 0.0010 inch)

Boom Cylinder Drift

Start with the stick and boom cylinders at full extension. The allowable drift with the oil temperature at 38°C (100°F) is 50 mm (1.97 inch) in 5 minutes.

Note: The minimum allowable time for the cylinder drift at other oil temperatures is specified in illustration 2.
