(2) 凸轮轴轴颈

直径 ... 173.80 ± 0.03 mm (6.843 ± 0.001 in)
安装后的凸轮轴轴承孔孔径 ... 174.00 ± 0.06 mm (6.850 ± 0.002 in)

(3) 新隔板的厚度 ... 11.80 ± 0.05 mm (0.465 ± 0.002 in)

(4) 正时螺栓位置


注意

在组装时应遵守正确的凸轮段关系(正时)。 如果凸轮段不合拍,将发生严重的发动机损坏。

(8) 凸轮轴轴承轴颈

安装凸轮轴轴承轴颈,使槽端朝向发动机前侧。

(9) 凸轮轴块

安装凸轮轴块,让带槽法兰朝向发动机的前部。

(10) 螺栓

扭矩 ... 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft)

(11) 必须将凸轮轴组装到装配夹具或缸体中。

在凸轮轴 (11) 的后端施加压力。 转动扭矩不得超过以下值。 ... 28 N·m (21 lb ft)

(12) 凸轮轴凸轮规定升程

为了找到规定的凸轮轴凸轮升程,请使用以下步骤:

  1. 测量凸轮轴 (13) 的总高度。

  1. 测量基圆 (14) 。

  1. 从凸轮轴 (13) 的总高度中减去基圆 (14) 。 二者之差就是实际凸轮轴凸轮升程 (B) 。

  1. 凸轮轴的规定凸轮升程 (12) 值如下:

    排气凸轮 ... 19.500 mm (0.7677 in)

    进气凸轮 ... 19.500 mm (0.7677 in)

    气体进入凸轮 ... 10.001 mm (0.3937 in)
