The controls for the cab riser are on the left console behind the joystick.

Raise Secondary Cab Lift Linkage (1) - Press this button to raise the secondary cab lift linkage. Indicator (1a) will illuminate when the secondary cab lift linkage is fully raised. |
Lower Secondary Cab Lift Linkage (2) - Press this button to lower the secondary cab lift linkage. Indicator (2a) will illuminate when the secondary cab lift linkage is fully lowered. |
Extend Main Cab Lift Linkage (3) (If Equipped) - Press this button to extend the main cab lift linkage. Indicator (3a) will illuminate when the main cab lift linkage is fully extended. |
Retract Main Cab Lift Linkage (4) (If Equipped) - Press this button to retract the main cab lift linkage. Indicator (4a) will illuminate when the main cab lift linkage is fully retracted. |
A "CAB OUT OF OPERATING POSITION" message will illuminate in yellow on the monitor if the cab is not fully retracted. The parking brake and swing brake will be automatically applied.
Note: To release the swing brake and parking brake, fully retract the cab and ensure that indicator (4a) is illuminated.
Lower the Cab to the Ground (If Equipped)
The cab can be hydraulically lowered to the ground to reduce the risk of falling when entering or exiting the cab.
Note: Keep the cab step and cab interior free of debris.
- Position the cab over area (A). Ensure that status indicator (5) is "GREEN" on the monitor.
Note: Cab status indicator (5) will be "GREEN" if the upper structure, or the cab, is in the correct orientation.
Note: Cab status indicator (5) will be "YELLOW" if the upper structure, or the cab, is not in the correct orientation.
- Press extend main cab lift linkage button (3) (If equipped) to extend the cab fully.
Note: Once the main cab lift linkage starts to extend, the swing brake and the parking brake are automatically applied. All other hydraulic function will be disabled.
- Press lower secondary cab lift linkage button (2) to lower the cab fully.
- Ensure that Indicator (2a) and (3a) are illuminated before exiting the cab.

Emergency Cab Lowering Control
If the engine is shutdown or the hydraulic system fails, the operator can still lower the cab.
