New and Improved Transmission Assembly Gear Shift Lever Is Now Used On Certain 424B Backhoe Loaders {3065, 3168}

Description of Change: A new transmission assembly gear shift lever is now available for certain 424B Backhoe Loaders. The 164-1197 Rod As has been replaced by 443-4291 Rod As. The new gear shift lever has been redesigned with a smaller profile to provide extra clearance between the front and side consoles. The new design also provides added clearance between the gear shift lever and lift arm lever.
