Window Wiper and Wiper Motor (Front) - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove steering wheel.
- Remove bolts (3) and plate (2). Relocate floor mat (1).

Illustration 9 g03805600 - Disconnect cable assembly (13) from the latch. Remove nut (14), feed the cable assembly (13) out of the bracket.

- Install front wiper motor (19) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten nuts (17) to a torque of
15 N·m (133 lb in) . - Tighten wiper arm nut (16A) to a torque of
24 N·m (212 lb in) , allow to relax for 30 minutes. Retorque to a torque if24 N·m (212 lb in) . - Tighten wiper arm nut (16B) to a torque of
40 ± 5 N·m (30 ± 4 lb ft) , allow to relax for 30 minutes. Retorque to a torque of40 ± 5 N·m (30 ± 4 lb ft) .
