Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hood.

1. Disconnect hose (1). Remove clamps (2).

2. Disconnect hose (3). Position tube (4) out of the way.

3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for the opposite side.

4. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto after cooler assembly (5). The weight of after cooler assembly (5) is approximately 1385 kg (3054 lb).

5. Disconnect hoses (7).

6. Remove bolts (8). Remove bolts (9), cap (10), and stabilizer assembly (11). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the after cooler.

7. Remove bolts (6). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the after cooler.

8. Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device to remove after cooler assembly (5). The weight of after cooler assembly (5) is approximately 1385 kg (3054 lb).

9. Remove cross member assemblies (12) and cross member assemblies (13). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the after cooler assembly.

10. Remove support assembly (14) and support assembly (15). from after cooler (16) and after cooler (17).

11. The weight of after cooler (16) is approximately 540 kg (1191 lb). The weight of after cooler (17) is approximately 540 kg (1191 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Install after cooler assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Install bolts (6) to secure the top of after cooler assembly (5) before installing stabilizer assembly (11), cap (10), bolts (9), and bolts (8).
