Heater Core - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the heating and air conditioning unit.
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Clean the exterior of the component before disassembly. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Disconnect harness assemblies (1) and (2).

- Remove bolt (15) and disconnect lever assembly (13).

- Remove heater core (16).

- Install heater core (16) in the reverse order of removal.

- Install heating and air conditioning unit.
