Connection Test

Startup delay screen

Tope startup display will delay the running of Tope software to give the machine xIM module time to start up. This screen can be enabled or disabled in the "Tope Config" file.

Connection test screen

(1) Connection test pass/fail indicator bubbles

(2) IP address of "MineStar"

(3) IP address of "CMPD"

(4) "Subnet Mask" IP address

(5) "Default Gateway" IP address

(6) "Start Connection Test" button

Perform the following procedure to perform a connection test:

  1. Log into the system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8837, "Logging In and Logging Out" for more information.

  1. Ensure that all IP addresses match to the on-site IP addresses.

  1. In the "CMPD & MineStar Initial Configuration" screen, press the "Start Connection Test" button (6) .

    Note: The connection test pass/fail indicator bubbles (1) start initially as a blue circle containing a question mark. The bubbles will change green or red depending on if the test passes or fails.
