Accumulator (Brake) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Tilt cab.
- Remove bottom guard (transmission).

Accumulator may contain high pressure oil. Do not service the accumulator or any hydraulic lines until all of the pressure has been relieved. See the Service Manual for proper procedures. Failure to heed this warning could result in injury or death. |

- Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, ""Hydraulic System Oil – Change"" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
- Disconnect hose assembly (2). Remove bolts (1) .

- Remove bolts (3). Use two people remove accumulator (4). The weight of accumulator (4) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install accumulator (4) in the reverse order of removal.
