Location of Hydraulic Components (Propel System)

机器左侧 (1) 流量分配阀 (2) 牵引力控制电磁阀 | |
在带牵引力控制的双钢轮机器上，流量分配阀 (1) 安装在液压油箱侧面。 通过发动机室盖可以接近该部件。
流量分配阀 (1) 上的端口带有识别标记。 以下列表识别阀上的每个端口：
- 端口 "P" - 连接至行驶泵的端口 "B"
- 端口 "A" - 连接至前行驶马达的端口 "R"
- 端口 "B" - 连接至后行驶马达的端口 "L"
- 端口 "T" - 连接至油箱
- 端口 "S" - 连接至充油滤清器出口
正常操作期间，牵引力控制电磁阀 (2) 不通电。 在这种情况下，将无法控制至行驶马达的液压流量。 当牵引力控制电磁阀通电时，流量分配阀 (1) 将一半的流量引导到每个行驶马达。 机器 ECM 控制牵引力控制电磁阀。

针阀 (4) 与手动制动器释放泵 (3) 一起使用，以手动释放停车制动器。 机器运行过程中针阀必须完全打开（逆时针转动）。 针阀必须完全关闭（顺时针转动），以使用手动制动器释放泵手动释放停车制动器。
