如果油受到污染，可能会造成部件的早期故障。 受到污染的油也会引起过热。 利用以下步骤对系统中的油进行采样。
- 热油。 有关热油的信息，请参阅测试和调整, "一般信息"。
- 在低怠速下运转发动机。
- 从各取样阀中取 50 mL (1.7 fl oz) 的油样。 杂质水平不得高于 ISO 18/15 中的值。 油样还可通过油箱的加注管获得。
