Periksa apakah pipa saluran yang terpasang pada semua fiting gemuk pelumas jauh tidak dalam keadaan rusak. Apabila pipa saluran gemuk pelumas putus, gemuk pelumas tidak akan mencapai komponen yang memerlukan pelumasan. Kerusakan pada alat berat dapat terjadi. |
Jika pelumasan berkala dilakukan pada interval yang disarankan, mungkin hanya diperlukan satu atau dua tembakan gemuk pelumas pada setiap fitting.
- Mempersiapkan Alat Berat untuk Perawatan. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pengoperasian dan Perawatan, "Mempersiapkan Alat Berat untuk Perawatan".
- Menghentikan engine
Catatan: Fitting untuk pelumasan silinder suspensi depan terletak di penyangga belakang untuk spatbor pada traktor.
- Lepaskan tutup dan bersihkan semua fitting dengan menyeka permukaan fitting sebelum melumasinya.

- Lumasi bearing silinder suspensi belakang melalui fitting (7) yang menuju ke (F).
- Pasang tutup ke fitting.
- Lepaskan kunci rangka pengemudian. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk Pengoperasian dan Perawatan, "Kunci Rangka Pengemudian".
