Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the right tow arm. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tow Arm - Remove and Install".

2. Remove the right hydraulic cylinder (tow point). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Tow Point) - Remove and Install".

3. Remove the right wheel (rear). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Rear) - Remove and Install".

1. Drain the washdown tank into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

2. Remove the bolts, the plates, clamp (2), clamp (3), clamp (4), and clamp (5) from the cover (1).

3. Move the hose assemblies out of the way.

4. Remove the bolts, the nuts, and cover (1).

5. Remove bolts (6) and support (7).

6. Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and (11) from washdown tank (10).

7. Remove bolts (9) and washdown tank (10).

Installation Procedure

1. Install washdown tank (10) and bolts (9).

2. Connect hose assemblies (8) and (11) to washdown tank (10).

3. Install support (7) and bolts (6).

4. Install cover (1), the bolts, and the nuts.

5. Place hose assemblies into position.

6. Install clamp (5), clamp (4), clamp (3), clamp (2), the plates, and the bolts to cover (1).

7. Fill the washdown tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

End By:

1. Install the right wheel (rear). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Rear) - Remove and Install".

2. Install the right hydraulic cylinder (tow point). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Tow Point) - Remove and Install".

3. Install the right tow arm. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tow Arm - Remove and Install".
