确保所有的调整和修理由经过适当培训的授权人员来执行。
发动机停止后,在发动机燃油管上执行任何维护或修理前,必须先等待 10 分钟以排放 C7 发动机和 C9 发动机上高压燃油管的燃油压力。 如有必要,进行小的调整。 修理低压燃油系统以及冷却、润滑或空气系统中的所有泄漏。 更换存在泄漏的所有高压燃油管。 请参考拆解和组装手册, "燃油喷油管 - 安装"。
在下列条件下应给燃油系统充油:
- 燃油箱排空或燃油箱部分排放。
- 发动机在存放中。
- 更换燃油滤清器。
- 断开低压燃油管。
如果发动机没有配备燃油充油泵的话,您可以使用以下步骤来泵注燃油系统。 这些步骤将只允许经过滤的燃油进入燃油系统。

- 操作起动机。 这将给燃油滤清器和燃油管道灌注燃油。
- 发动机一旦起动,就要在低怠速下运转。 在发动机运转平稳之前,不要将发动机转速升高到怠速以上。
