Engine Stopping
Jangan mematikan engine dengan segera setelah alat berat dioperasikan dengan beban. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan panas berlebih dan percepatan keausan pada komponen engine.
Setelah alat berat diparkir dan rem parkir terpasang, biarkan engine tetap hidup selama lima menit sebelum dimatikan. Hal ini memungkinkan bagian yang panas di engine menjadi dingin secara bertahap.
