Rear Chassis Support - Install
Installation Procedure

- Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device onto rear chassis support (39). The weight of rear chassis support (39) is approximately 340 kg (750 lb).

- Install rear chassis support (39). Install bolts (40) in order to secure rear chassis support (39) .

- Repeat Step 2 for the other side.
- Install mounting hardware onto harness assemblies. Connect harness assemblies (37) and (38).

- Connect hose assembly (33). Install bolts (34), (35), and (36) .

- Connect harness assembly (31). Connect fitting (29). Install bolts (28), (30), and (32) .

- Connect hose assemblies (24) and (25). Connect union (26 ). Install bolt (27) .

- Connect hoses (20) and (21). Connect hose assemblies (19), (22), and (23) .

- Install bolts (17) and (18) .

- Connect hose assemblies (14), (15), and (16) .

- Install hose (12) onto mounting hardware. Install bolt (13).

- Install tube assembly (11). Install tube assembly (10). Install clips (6) and (7). Install bolts (8) and (9) .

- Connect hose (5). Disconnect hose (4) .

- Connect hose assembly (3). Connect hose assembly (1). Disconnect hose (2) .

- Move the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
- Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic Fluid - Change" or for the proper draining procedure.
- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper draining procedure.
End By: Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure - Install".
