Welding Precaution
需要采用正确的焊接程序，避免损坏发动机电子控制模块、传感器及相关部件。 拆下需要进行焊接的部件。 当在配备电子控制模块（ECM）的发动机上进行焊接而又不可能将部件拆下来时，必须遵循下述步骤。 此步骤对电子部件的危害程度最小。

不要将电焊机的地线接至电气部件如电子控制模块(ECM)或传感器上。 不正确的接地方式能对传动系轴承、液压元件、电气部件和其它部件造成损坏。 用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。 这将有助于减少损坏的可能性。 |
- 停止发动机。 把钥匙开关转到断开位置。
- 从蓄电池上断开蓄电池负极电缆。 如果安装了蓄电池断路开关，应断开此开关。

- 保护配线线束，避免焊接碎片和溅落物损坏线束。
