测试步骤 1. 检查继电器电路是否对蓄电池正极电路短路

  1. 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到 OFF 位置。

  1. 从继电器和 ECM 上断开机器线束接头。

  1. 在 ECM 的机器线束接头上,测量触点 J2-7(导线 306-GN)与 ECM 的机器线束接头中使用的所有触点之间的电阻。

预期结果:

各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。

结果:

  • 正常 - 各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束正常。 转至测试步骤 2。

  • 异常 - 各电阻测量值都不大于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束中存在短路。 触点 J2-7(306-GN)与电阻测量值低的电路之间存在短路。

    修复: 修理或更换机器线束。

测试步骤 2. 检查该诊断代码是否仍处于激活状态

  1. 检查并清洁线束接头的触点。

  1. 重新连接线束接头。

  1. 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到 ON 位置。

  1. 运转机器。

  1. 确定 CID 0444 FMI 03 是否为激活状态。

预期结果:

CID 0444 FMI 03 为激活状态。

结果:

  • 是 - CID 0444 FMI 03 为激活状态。 没有排除该故障。 ECM 可能出现故障。
