在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，务必留心，确保液体盛装在容器中。 在打开任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好用合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上液体的工具及用品，参考专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具和修理车间设备指南"。 按照本地法规和指令处置所有液体。 |
注: 在更换燃油细滤清器前，燃油粗滤清器必须更换。 参阅操作和保养手册, "燃油系统粗滤清器-清洁/检查/更换" 。
- 将机器停放在水平地面上。 确保停泊制动器完全接合。 降下倾卸车箱，关闭发动机。
- 升起发动机罩。 参阅操作和保养手册, "发动机罩控制器" 。
- 使用卷带式扳手，卸下燃油细滤清器。 妥善地废置燃油细滤清器。

- 清洁燃油滤清器底座。
- 安装前，在新燃油细滤清器密封圈上涂清洁的柴油。
- 用手安装新燃油细滤清器。 不要用工具安装燃油细滤清器。 当新滤清器底座垫片接触燃油滤清器底座时，将燃油细滤清器再上紧270°。
- 向燃油系统充油。

- 启动发动机并检查是否有泄漏。
- 降下发动机罩。
