- 拆下曲轴皮带轮上的皮带。 参考操作和保养手册, "皮带 - 检查/调整/更换"。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 、止推块 (2) 和曲轴皮带轮 (3) 。

- 使用工具 (A) ，在曲轴前油封 (4) 上钻出三个等距的孔。

- 在三个孔内使用工具 (B) 均匀地拆卸曲轴前油封。

- 清洁曲轴前油封壳体并检查壳体有无损坏。
- 用清洁的发动机机油润滑曲轴前油封唇部。
注: 安装套筒随新曲轴前油封一同提供。 不要从曲轴前油封分离安装套筒。
- 组装工具 (C) 。

- 将曲轴前密封组件 (4) 置于前壳体中。
- 使用工具 (C) 安装曲轴前密封组件 (4) 。 前密封必须接触到前壳体的底面。

确保弹簧加载式曲轴前油封的唇缘朝向前壳体的内侧，并且正好位于曲轴前油封使用的壳体孔中。 |
- 将工具 (C) 从曲轴上卸下。 逆时针转动安装套筒并拉动，以便从曲轴前密封上拆下安装套筒。
- 在将会接触曲轴前油封的曲轴皮带轮区域涂抹清洁的发动机油。
- 安装曲轴皮带轮 (3) 、止推块 (2) 和螺栓 (1) 。
