1. Install fan drive (10) in the proper position. Install bolts (11).

2. Install pulley (9). Install bolts (3) .

3. Install V-belts (4) and (7) onto the fan drive pulley.

4. Install V-belts (7) onto the alternator. Install the proper amount of tension to the V-belts. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" for more information. Tighten bolts (6) and (8) in order to secure the tension on V-belts (7) .

5. Install V-belt (4) onto the refrigerant compressor. Install the proper amount of tension to the V-belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" for more information. Tighten bolts (5) in order to secure tension on V-belt (4) .

6. Reposition shield (2). Install bolt (1).

End By: Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
