Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine. To prevent possible injury, perform the procedure that follows before testing and adjusting the water spray system.

Personal injury or death can result from escaping fluid under pressure. Escaping fluid under pressure, even a very small pin-hole size leak, can penetrate body tissue and cause serious injury and possible death. If fluid is injected into your skin, it must be treated by a doctor familiar with this type of injury. Always use a board or cardboard when checking for a leak.

Optimum efficiency in the water spray system occurs when 100% coverage of the drum is achieved. The following adjustments can improve the coverage on the drum.

Spray Bar (1) Nozzle assembly

1. In order to change the direction of the spray, loosen the four clamps and rotate the spray bar.

2. The adjustment is made at the end of nozzles. Use a standard flat screwdriver blade for the adjustment. In order to adjust the radial direction of the water spray, turn nozzle (1) .

Note: Coverage by the water spray system is affected by the cleanliness of the nozzles. High flow nozzles are available for hot, dry, windy conditions.
