Installation Procedure
- Install tube assembly (22) .

- Install water pump assembly (19). Install bolts (20) and (21) .

- Install elbow (18) and install bolts (17) . Install bonnets (13) and (16). Install bolts (12) and (15). Tighten clamp (14).

- Install the bracket and install bolt (7). Install bolt (6). Connect hoses (10) and (11). Install bracket (8). Install bolts (5) and (9) .

- Install tensioner (3) and bolt (4). Connect tube assembly (1). Install the bolt and clip (2) .

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
End By:
- Install the fuel tank from the right side of the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Install".
- Install the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Atlernator - Remove and Install".
