(2) Inside bore of support trunnion ... 323.75 ± 0.10 mm (12.746 ± 0.004 inch)

(3) Sleeve bearing

Outside diameter of the sleeve bearing ... 324.13 ± 0.15 mm (12.761 ± 0.006 inch)

Inside diameter of the sleeve bearing ... 305.79 ± 0.15 mm (12.039 ± 0.006 inch)

(4) Outside diameter of the pinion housing ... 304.75 ± 0.05 mm (11.998 ± 0.002 inch)

(5) Torque for the six nuts ... 1125 ± 100 N·m (830 ± 73 lb ft)

(6) Inside diameter of the support trunnion ... 323.75 ± 0.10 mm (12.746 ± 0.004 inch)

(7) Sleeve bearing

Outside diameter of the sleeve bearing ... 324.13 ± 0.15 mm (12.761 ± 0.006 inch)

(8) Sleeve bearing

Inside diameter of the sleeve bearing ... 305.79 ± 0.15 mm (12.039 ± 0.006 inch)

(9) Apply Loctite 7649 and then apply Loctite 263 to the threads of the bolts prior to assembly.

Torque for the 12 bolts ... 270 ± 25 N·m (200 ± 18 lb ft)

(10) Apply Loctite 7649 and then apply Loctite 263 to the threads of the bolts prior to assembly.

Torque for the 12 bolts ... 270 ± 25 N·m (200 ± 18 lb ft)

(11) Apply Loctite High Flex GM to mating surfaces prior to assembly.

(12) Apply Loctite 7649 and then apply Loctite 277 to the threads of the bolts prior to assembly.

Torque for the 16 bolts ... 475 ± 60 N·m (350 ± 45 lb ft)
