Installation Procedure

- Use Tooling (C) and install mixing chamber assembly (21) and the rotor under the machine. Attach a suitable lifting device, Tooling (B), and suitable lifting chains to the chain cases and the spreader bar, as shown. Lift the mixing chamber assembly and the rotor and remove Tooling (C). The weight of the mixing chamber assembly and the rotor is 7940 kg (17500 lb).

- Install four bolts (20) on each side of the mixing chamber.

- Lower the mixing chamber to the ground. Raise chain cases (17) and remove the blocks between chain cases (17) and mixing chamber (18). The weight of the chain cases and the rotor assembly is approximately 5896 kg (13000 lb).

- Remove Tooling (A) and the lifting sling from the mixing chamber and the rotor axle.

- Install two linkage assemblies (14), four pins (13), and two cotter pins (12) .

- Install cylinder (10) and bolt (11) on the mixing chamber.

- Install two hose assemblies (9) on hydraulic cylinder (9) .

- Connect harness assembly (7) on rotor position sensor (6) .

- Install drive shaft (4) on torque limiting coupling (5) .

- Install guard (3) and the bolts.

- Install two hose assemblies (1) and clamp (2) .

- Install two hose assemblies (1) on the front door of the mixing chamber.

End By:
- Install both of the rotor lift cylinders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Rotor Lift) - Remove and Install".
- Install the rear tires. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblyKENR3125, "Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install".
