Slope Sensor
The slope sensor reads the slope by using an internal precision level. The slope sensor works by reading the lateral inclination of the screed. The slope sensor reads the slope on both sides of the machine. This covers the right side to the left side tilt and the left side to the right side tilt.

Unlike the Sonic Tracker II®, the slope sensor is a sealed unit. The slope sensor has no adjustments, no displays, and no serviceable parts for the user. Once the slope sensor is mounted to the screed, all calibration and/or operating displays are represented on the control box. Once the slope sensor is mounted to the screed, the sensor is not removed.
