Air Compressor

Usage:

Remove Air Compressor

------ WARNING! ------

Do not disconnect the air line from the air compressor governor until the air pressure is zero.

--------WARNING!------

1. Loosen the bleed valves, and release the air pressure in the air tank.

2. Disconnect oil line (1) and air line (2) from the air compressor.

3. Disconnect water lines (3) from the air compressor.

4. Remove two bolts (5), the nut and washer that hold the air compressor to the accessory drive.

5. Remove air compressor (4).

Install Air Compressor

1. Install a new gasket (1) on air compressor (2). Put the air compressor in position on the accessory drive. Install the two bolts, nut and washer that hold it.

2. Connect the two water lines (3) to the air compressor.


NOTICE

To prevent water from collecting and freezing in the air compressor lines, make sure the discharge line and the governor line are sloping downward away from the air compressor.


3. Connect oil line (4) and air line (5) to the air compressor.
