An updated Track Assembly Specification Chart is available. The introduction of the H, N, and R Series track-type tractors and other new models created a need for this updated chart. It contains the necessary specifications to properly assemble Sealed and Lubricated Track and Positive Pin Retention Track.
The Track Assembly Specifications Chart Decal, Form No. NEEG2430-01, should be used on all track presses.

The Track Assembly Specification Chart is available to dealers in decal form to attach to their track presses. The track press operators will have readily available to them, track-type, pin projection, bushing projection, and maximum force for each model.
For each brand of track press manufacturer, there is one conversion chart decal available. These chart decals will show maximum assembly force, and the conversion pressure for each model track press. They are adaptable to all models of Centurion, Wolff, O.T.C., Bignozzi and Maruma track presses.
The maximum assembly force listed on these decals have been rounded off to consolidate them. Some pressures were rounded up, others down, and all provide adequate pressure to assemble the track properly. With both decals attached to individual presses, the track press operator has all the information needed to properly assemble the track link assembly.
The following is an example of the manner in which information is extracted.
- The track press operator will choose the maximum assembly force for the appropriate model from the track assembly specification decal.
- With the corresponding track press decal, the operator will match the maximum assembly force with the track press size to determine the gauge pressure.
Samples of the decals are shown below. Each decal, Centurion Track Press Decal (Form No. NEEG2195), Wolff Track Press Decal (Form No. NEEG2196), O.T.C. Track Press Decal (Form No. NEEG2197), Bignozzi Track Press Decal (Form No. NEEG2198) and Maruma Track Press Decal (Form No. NEEG2199), should be ordered for their respective brand of track press.
