Note: Use shims (4) and shims (5) as required to obtain 290 ± 10 N (65 ± 2 lb) with the retainers and springs (6) and springs (7) at 75.0 ± 0.1 mm (2.953 ± 0.004 inch). Assemble the thick shim to contact the end of spring (6) .

Tighten main control valve mounting bolts (9), (12), (14) in the following sequence:

Initial torque for main control valve mounting bolts (9), (12), (14) ... 40 ± 7 N·m (30 ± 5 lb ft)

Final torque for main control valve mounting bolts (9), (12), (14) ... 105 ± 20 N·m (77 ± 15 lb ft)

(10) (11) Torque to install the line relief valves ... 65 ± 5 N·m (48 ± 4 lb ft)

(13) Torque to install the main relief valve ... 110 ± 10 N·m (80 ± 7 lb ft)
