Welding Precaution
为避免损坏发动机的 ECM、传感器和相关部件，必须采用的焊接步骤。 拆下需要进行焊接的部件。 如果不可能拆卸某个部件，当在配备电子控制模块 (ECM) 的发动机上进行焊接时必须按下面步骤进行操作。 本步骤对电子元件的危害程度最小。

不要将电焊机的地线接至电气部件如电子控制模块(ECM)或传感器上。 不正确的接地方式能对传动系轴承、液压元件、电气部件和其它部件造成损坏。 用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。 这将有助于减少损坏的可能性。 |
- 使发动机停机。 断开 ECM 的电源。
- 把蓄电池负极电缆与蓄电池分开。 如果安装了蓄电池断路开关的话，应将此开关打开。

- 保护导线线束，避免焊接碎屑和飞溅。
- 使用标准焊接法焊接材料。
