- 拆下螺栓 (1) 。 拆下护罩 (2) 。

- 在连接到交流发电机 (3) 的线束组件上作一个识别标记以便于安装。 拆下螺栓 (4) 和螺母 (5) 。 从交流发电机 (3) 上断开线束组件 (6) 。

- 松开调节连杆 (13) 上的螺母 (12) 。

- 松开螺栓 (9) 上的螺母。 将交流发电机 (3) 的底部推向缸体。 拆下交流发电机皮带轮上的 V 型皮带。
- 拆下螺栓 (9) 和螺栓 (11) 。 拆下交流发电机 (3) 。
- 将螺母 (10) 和交流发电机皮带轮从交流发电机 (3) 上拆下。
- 拆下螺母 (7) 和支架 (8) 。

- 安装交流发电机皮带轮和螺母 (10) 。 拧紧螺母 (10) 至扭矩为 102 ± 7 N·m (75 ± 5 lb ft)。

- 将支架 (8) 在螺柱上安置到位。 将工具 (A) 涂抹在螺柱的螺纹上。 安装螺母 (7) 并拧紧螺母 (7) 至扭矩为 70 ± 5 N·m (58 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 将交流发电机 (3) 在支架 (8) 上安放到位并安装螺栓 (9) 。
- 将调节连杆 (13) 在交流发电机 (3) 上安放到位。 安装螺栓 (11) 并拧紧螺栓 (11) 至扭矩为 88.4 ± 6.8 N·m (65 ± 5 lb ft)。
- 安装 V 形皮带。 张紧 V 形皮带。 请参阅测试与调整, "皮带张紧度表"。
- 拧紧螺母 (12) 至扭矩为 30 ± 15 N·m (22 ± 11 lb ft)。
- 将线束组件 (6) 安装在交流发电机 (3) 上。 拧紧螺母 (5) 至扭矩为 6.2 ± 0.6 N·m (55 ± 5 lb in)。 拧紧螺栓 (4) 至扭矩为 2.25 ± 0.25 N·m (20 ± 2 lb in)。
