Mounting
Refer to the Operations and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8148, "Specifications" for dimensions of the cabinet.
- Inspect the location for the installation.
- Make sure that the floor meets the load requirements in order to support the Generator Set Start Module.
- Make sure that there is sufficient space between the Generator Set Start Module and any obstructions.
Note: The Generator Set Start Module must be securely mounted to the floor. Use suitable hardware (1/2 inch) for anchoring.
- Inspect the location for the installation.
- Make sure that the location (Wall Mount) can safely support the weight of the Generator Set Start Module.
- Make sure that the wall can accommodate the necessary mounting hardware.
- Make sure that sufficient clearance for the door is maintained.
- If the hardware for mounting the unit on the floor is attached, remove the hardware.
The Generator Set Start Module has four mounting holes for mounting on a wall. These mounting holes are in the flanges that are located on the back of the cabinet. These holes accommodate 1/2 inch mounting hardware. There must be at least
The enclosure should be mounted on two horizontal channels. Use 1/2 inch steel bolts and appropriate nuts for the channel.
