Periksa torsi pada roda yang baru atau roda yang diperbaiki setiap sepuluh jam servis hingga torsi yang ditentukan menjadi stabil.
Mur dan pasak harus bersih dan kering untuk perakitan kembali. Aplikasikan satu tetes oli pelumas ke pasak sebelum memasang mur ke pasak.
Torsi Mur Roda untuk Alat Berat dengan Nomor Seri Berikut
- BFP1-9559
- BGJ1-Dst.
- BKG1-2499
- CXP1-Dst.
Kencangkan mur dengan torsi 400 ± 40 N·m (295 ± 30 lb ft). Gunakan pola bintang saat menyetel torsi mur.
Torsi Mur Roda untuk Alat Berat dengan Nomor Seri Berikut
- BFP9560-Dst.
- BKG2500-Dst.
Kencangkan mur dengan torsi 460 ± 60 N·m (339 ± 44 lb ft). Gunakan pola bintang saat menyetel torsi mur.
Periksa mur pada keempat roda.
