1. Place governor control and decelerator (3) in position and install bolts (4) .

2. Connect rods (2) to the levers and install the bolts that hold the rods in place.

3. Place cover (1) in position and install the bolts that hold the cover and the support in place.

4. Adjust the governor control lever for the HIGH IDLE position and for the SHUTOFF position.
