Description of Change: A new transmission solenoid offers improved sealing in order to prevent moisture entry. A reduction in moisture will lead to a longer coil life.

Adaptable To: The 186-1526 Solenoid Valve Gp is effective with all new emissions-updated motor graders at first production. For a list of effective serial numbers, refer to Table 1. The 186-1526 Solenoid Valve Gp replaces the former 186-1525 Solenoid Valve Gp. When the 186-1526 Solenoid Valve Gp replaces the former 186-1525 Solenoid Valve Gp, an additional part is needed (216-0101 Wire (Adapter Harness)). The 186-1526 Solenoid Valve Gp is adaptable to the serial numbers that are listed in Table 2.
