Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left hand guard assembly. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Guards -Remove and Install".

2. Remove bolts (1) on the top of shroud (3).

3. Remove bolts (4) on the bottom of shroud (3) .

4. Remove two nuts (2) and remove left hand shroud (3) .

Note: A fan clutch is used on some models. The fan clutch has no separate spacer.

5. Remove bolts (7), fan (5), and fan spacer (6) .

1. Install fan spacer (6) and fan (5) with bolts (7) .

2. Install left hand shroud (3) with two nuts (2) .

3. Install bolts (4) at the bottom of shroud (3) .

4. Install bolts (1) at the top of shroud (3) .

5. Install the left hand guard assembly. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Guards - Remove and Install".
