Air Compressor

Usage:

Remove And Install Air Compressor

------ WARNING! ------

Do not disconnect the air lines until the air pressure in the system is at zero. If hose is disconnected under pressure it can cause personal injury.

--------WARNING!------

1. Remove the air pressure from the air tank and drain the coolant from the cooling system.

2. Remove air line (5). Disconnect water lines (2) and (4).

3. Loosen two breather assembly hose clamps and slide hose on the tube assembly (1). Remove two bolts that fasten clips (3) and (6) to the air compressor. Remove breather tube assembly (1).

4. Disconnect hose assembly (9).

5. Remove five bolts (8), air compressor (7) and the gasket.

NOTE: The following steps are to install the air compressor.

6. Install the gasket and air compressor (7). Connect hose (9).

7. Install breather tube assembly (1). Connect water lines (2) and (4).

8. Install tube assembly (5).

9. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
