Maximum Propel Speed Potentiometer

The potentiometer sets the maximum speed when the propel lever is set to the farthest forward position. The potentiometer MUST be set above the minimum setting in order for the machine to move.
The potentiometer allows the operator to maintain a constant speed when the operator stops the machine and the operator starts the machine. The constant speed will help create an even mat thickness.
