(1) Torque for the bolt ... 3600 ± 400 N·m (2650 ± 300 lb ft)

(2) Diameter of a new cylinder rod ... 76.2 mm (3.00 inch)

(3) Bore diameter of a new cylinder tube ... 133.25 ± .08 mm (5.250 ± 0.003 inch)

(4) Bore diameter of a new cylinder head ... 76.48 ± .05 mm (3.010 ± 0.002 inch)

(5) Torque for the head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft)

(6) Lubricate the sealing lips with a minimal amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.

(7) Apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the seal groove prior to assembly.

Tilt Cylinder Drift

The maximum permissible tilt cylinder drift per minute is 3 mm (.1 inch) at the following conditions:

Oil temperature ... 38 to 54°C (100 to 129°F)

Supply pressure ... 22800 kPa (3300 psi)
