- Install O-ring seal (25). Connect hose assembly (24).
- Install the two washers and two bolts (26).
- Use Tool (A) and a suitable hoist. Support the oil cooler core of the front brake. Install the oil cooler core of the front brake with attached bonnets (6) and (21). The oil cooler core of the front brake weighs approximately

Note: The oil cooler core of the front brake will be installed with assembled bonnet (21). After the oil cooler core is installed, install left bonnet (6), the ten washers, two bolts (8), three bolts (19), and five bolts (18). The bonnet weighs approximately
18.6 kg (41.01 lb) . Install existing gasket (23). When the bonnet is installed, clean the flange surfaces of the existing gasket material before the installation of the new gasket. - Install the two washers and two bolts (10).
Note: The oil cooler core of the front brake will be installed with assembled bonnet (6). After the cooler is installed, install right bonnet (6), the ten washers, two bolts (8), four bolts (7), and four bolts (4). The bonnet weighs approximately
18.6 kg (41.01 lb) . Install existing gasket (5). When the bonnet is installed, clean the flange surfaces of the existing gasket material before the installation of the new gasket. - Install O-ring seal (15), the four washers, and four bolts (14). Position the block and hose assembly (16).

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. If necessary, replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

End By:
- Install the diverter valve (front brake oil cooler). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Diverter Valve (Front Brake Oil Cooler) - Install" for the correct procedure.
- Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
- Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual.
