Sequence Valve and Shuttle Valve

1. Check the O-ring seals. If the O-ring seals are worn or damaged, replace the O-ring seals.

2. Install backup rings (6) and O-ring seals (5) on each valve.

3. Install sequence valve (2) , pressure reducing valve (1) , pressure reducing valve (3) and shuttle valve (4) in the pilot valve. The installation torque for each valve is 60 ± 7 N·m (44 ± 5 lb ft).

End By: Install the pilot valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Valve (Oil Manifold) - Install".
