Midroller - Install
Install The Midroller

- Install plate (5) , bearing (6) , and midroller (7) . The weight of the midroller is 25 kg (55 lb) .
Note: On the VFS70 (PIN: 7XN400-UP), the weight of the midroller is 50 kg (110 lb) .

- Install nut (4) . Tighten nut (4) while you rotate the midroller. Tighten nut (4) to a torque of 20 N·m (15 lb ft). While you hold nut (4) , bend back lockwasher tabs (3) .
Note: On the VFS70, use tool (A) in order to install nut (4) . On the VFS50, use tool (B) in order to install nut (4) .

- Completely pack the midroller cavity with 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease . Install plate (2) and screws (1) . Pump grease into the fitting in order to cause grease to exit the seal.
