- 使用三个彼此间隔 120° 的螺栓 (1) 将挡板 (2) 组装到销 (5) 上。 此时请勿使用垫片 (8) 。
- 均匀地拧紧螺栓 (1) 至 200 ± 25 N·m (148 ± 18 lb ft)。 将 12 个螺栓 (4) 和垫圈安装到盖 (3) 上。 此时请勿拧紧螺栓 (4) 。
注: 止推垫圈 (6) 内侧的斜面必须背对轴承 (7) 。 该斜面可提供销 (5) 止推面上的半径间隙。
- 使用深度千分尺测量从挡板 (2) 顶部到销 (5) 末端的间距。 通过挡板 (2) 上的孔测量这段间距。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和挡板 (2) 。 使用外千分尺测量挡板 (2) 的厚度。
- 将挡板 (2) 的厚度从步骤 3 中得到的间距中减去。 这是销 (5) 和挡板 (2) 之间的间隙。
- 将 0.25 mm (0.010 in) 加上在步骤 5 中得到的间距。 所得即为垫片组的厚度。 安装正确数量的垫片 (8) 。
- 使用六只螺栓 (1) 和垫圈来安装挡板 (2) 和垫片 (8) 。 将螺栓 (1) 拧紧至扭矩 800 ± 100 N·m (590 ± 75 lb ft)。
- 将螺栓 (4) 拧紧至扭矩 545 ± 50 N·m (400 ± 35 lb ft)。 再将螺栓 (4) 转动 60 ± 5 度。
注: 在组装前，在垫圈表面和螺纹上涂敷 4C-5593 防粘结润滑油 。
