(D) New 136-1678 Valve Group-Solenoid.

(1) New 148-0358 Coil Assembly.

(E) Torque to 20.0 ± 2.5 N·m (177 ± 22 lb in)

(F) Torque to 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft)

A new solenoid valve group, having a new coil assembly, is used with the transmission selector valve group. The new coil assembly is more reliable and has longer service life than the former coil assembly.

Adaptable To: The new 136-1678 Valve Group-Solenoid (D), replacing the former 127-0547 Valve Group-Solenoid, is adaptable to first production for the machines and transmission selector valve groups listed in the chart below.

The new 148-0358 Coil Assembly (1) replaces the former 127-0576 Coil Assembly.

NOTE: The former 127-0547 Valve Group-Solenoid can be upgraded by replacing the former 127-0576 Coil Assembly with the new 148-0358 Coil Assembly.

NOTE: Any or all former 127-0547 Valve Groups-Solenoid can be replaced with the new 136-1678 Valve Group-Solenoid.
